The responsibility for, and ownership of, the goods passes to the customer when the goods have been delivered.
Any delivery dates, or stock arrival dates, whether requested or quoted are only estimates. We will make every effort to deliver on those dates. We will make every effort to carry out our deliveries at the dates and times agreed. If for any reason, delivery is delayed, 3fivetwo is not liable for any consequential loss. We will of course make every effort to keep you informed of any delays.
Products may be dispatched separately depending on the make up of the order and therefore may arrive separately.
On receipt of delivered goods, you must ensure that the goods are in a satisfactory condition, and any dissatisfaction with the goods or delivery team must be reported immediately via phone or email.
Any deliveries that fail due to error on your part are refunded at 3fivetwo's discretion. Please ensure you have made all the necessary arrangements to accept delivery on the agreed date.
Orders to all destinations on the UK mainland will normally be delivered within the delivery times quoted in the delivery information for each product. Orders to other destinations may take slightly longer and will be dependent on postcode and/or country.
We cannot guarantee delivery within our usual timescales to a small number of remote rural areas. On rare occasions, some items may be delivered outside the published time periods.
All goods are thoroughly checked before dispatch to ensure they meet our high quality standards and are fit for purpose. However please check all products for condition, design, quality or imperfections.
Should your delivery arrive in a less than satisfactory condition, i.e. the box has been damaged in transit; please note this when signing for the delivery.
If any Products are out of stock you will be notified at the earliest opportunity. Delivery will normally be by secure post or courier. All Products must be paid for prior to or on delivery. If there is any short delivery or damage to goods in transit, this should be notified to 3fivetwo by you with full particulars within three working days of delivery. We cannot be financially liable for delay in delivering the products, however arising.
Our standard carriage charge to UK mainland addresses is:
£5.95 (inc. VAT) to delivery orders up to the value of £50
£7.95 (inc. VAT) to delivery orders from £51 to £95
Free Delivery on orders over £95.
Our standard carriage charge to addresses in Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland is:
£6.95 (inc. VAT) to delivery orders up to the value of £50
£8.95 (inc. VAT) to delivery orders from £51 to £95
Free Delivery on orders over £95.
Delivery will normally be made to mainland UK and Ireland, Monday to Friday 9am-6pm, excluding public holidays. For other destinations delivery will normally be between five and ten working days.
We'll refund the purchaser any delivery charge paid when a product is faulty or damaged. Furthermore, should you buy a product online or by phone and you change your mind about it, providing you notify us in writing within 7 working days of receiving it, we’ll refund the purchase price and any delivery charge you may have paid. If 7 days have elapsed we’ll refund the purchase price, but not delivery charges. *
